Therapy For Residents of Eardisley
Are You Looking For Therapy Near You?

Have you been trying to find ways to feel better, but you can’t seem to make much headway on your own?
Maybe things look fine on the outside, but underneath the surface you’re struggling to cope.
Talking things through with a professional therapist can help contain and resolve difficult feelings, understand where you are, and find your unique path forwards.
Getting The Help You Really Need
My name is Sarah Hamilton. I work with adults of all ages (there is no upper age-limit in therapy). I specialise in helping people find relief from trauma, including PTSD and developmental trauma. And I have particular expertise working with those on the autistic spectrum, and adults who went to boarding school.
I find that truly effective therapy is about more than just support and advice. That’s an important part of it, of course. But achieving real change also involves wise curiosity, careful challenge, and courage. It’s often the unexpected questions or the overlooked details which provide the key to change.
This is, necessarily, a joint endeavour. It will require your active engagement, and my full attention.
I don’t know in advance where our conversations will take us. But I do know that whatever your story, wherever you find yourself now, every part of you will be welcome in our sessions.
