You can reach me by phone, email, or filling in the form on this page. I will get back to you as soon as possible, generally within a few hours. All communications are private, secure, and completely confidential.
I see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I usually meet people weekly, at the same time each week, so it’s important we find a timeslot that will suit you on a regular basis. If you can only make certain times, just let me know in your message.
Please note, I specialise in working one-to-one with adults and am unfortunately not able to see children or teenagers under the age of 18, or to work with partners as a couple.
